小儿哮喘标准化护理效果研究
Study on the Effect of Standardized Nursing in Children with Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of standardized nursing in children with asthma.Methods:108 children with asthma admitted to Liangzhou Hospital of Wuwei City from December 2022 to November 2023 were divided into two groups with 54 children in each group by random drawing.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized nursing based on the control group.The intervention effect and lung function were evaluated.Results:The remission rate of disease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of childhood Asthma Control Test Questionnaire(C-ACT)after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for children with asthma can improve their disease symptoms and lung function,shorten the recovery time and enhance the effect of disease control.关键词
