广东省重点易旱区干旱调查、风险评估与区划研究OA
Drought investigation,risk assessment and zoning in key drought prone counties in Guangdong Province
2020-2022年,广东省遭遇60年来最严重干旱,抗旱保供水形势十分严峻.采取文献调研、座谈走访、评估分析、实例解析等方法,详细调查了11个易旱县(市、区)的干旱历史和现状,梳理绘制供水工程体系一张图,开展水平衡分析,计算供水缺口,努力实现供需平衡,并进行风险评估区划,在此基础上,从区域水资源保障体系、应急工程建设、抗旱队伍建设、智慧化防旱抗旱技术等方面提出分类抗旱措施.研究表明:广东省各地区自然条件不同,干旱特征和抗旱方法具有地域差异性,调查研究工作有利于发现抗旱工作短板,有助于完善区域水资源调配体系.探索总结了适用于广东省实际的干旱调查、旱情分析评估与抗旱支撑工作方法,可为相关省份乃至全国提供技术参考.
From 2020 to 2022,Guangdong Province suffered from the most severe drought in nearly 60 years,and the situation of drought relief and water supply security was very serious.We conducted a detailed investigation of the drought history and current situation of 11 drought-prone counties by means of literature research,face-to-face interviews,evaluation analysis,case analysis,etc.A map of water supply works systems was drawn,based on which the water balance analysis was carried out and the water supply gap calculated.Moreover,drought risk zoning maps was drawn for the 11 drought-prone counties.Then several drought relief schemes were put forward to make water supply and demand balance.Finally,specific measures were put forward from the aspects of strengthening regional water security system,emergency project construction,drought-fighting team construction and intelligent drought-fighting technology.The result showed that the natural conditions of different districts of Guangdong province vary and the drought characteristics and drought resistance methods are regionalized Investigation and research work is conducive to finding the shortage of drought resistance and improving the regional water resources allocation system.This study explored and summarized the working patterns and theoretical methods of drought investigation,analysis and decision-making applicable to Guangdong Province,which may provide technical reference for related provinces and even the whole country.
