辽宁省抗旱救灾对策分析
Discussion on countermeasures of drought relief in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Taking the drought that occurred in Liaoning Province in 2017 as an opportunity,this paper summarized the experience and lessons of previous drought-relief work in Liaoning Province,deeply discussed relevant issues and countermeasures on how to establish a perfect drought-relief and disaster-relief system,and proposed engineering measures to strengthen water sources and buildings,prepare drought water supply plans.This paper proposed non-engineering measures,such as compiling drought water supply plans,improving drought monitoring capabilities,strengthening capital investment and material reserves,improving the construction of drought relief service organizations,and strengthening the management of motorized equipment,etc.,and adjusted the industrial structure and dry farming development direction according to local conditions.In order to improve the comprehensive guarantee ability of drought resistance in our province and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society.关键词
