Policy Analysis and Countermeasures on the Use of Ship Shore Power under the New Marine Environment Protection Law
摘要
Abstract
In order to further enhance the utilization rate of marine shore power,this paper makes a review on the current domestic laws and regulations concerning shore power infrastructure construction and supporting shore power.Under the background of the promulgation and implementation of the new Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China,it puts forward the current problems in the use of ship-shore power and the role that maritime affairs should play in the development of ship-shore power as well as the countermeasures for the industry.关键词
