摘要
Abstract
The paper makes a review on the ship pollution accidents since 2009 in terms of cause,grade,season,damage,etc.and analyzes the claim settlement cases concerning the Ship-source Oil Pollution Compensation Fund.Based on the above,the paper further puts forward suggestions on the post-accident claim settlement and the approach to improve the compensation mechanism for ship-source pollution damage in China.关键词
