摘要
Abstract
Measures for the Implementation of Insurance on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage of Ships in People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as"the Measures")implemented since October 1,2010 provides domestic legal basis for the implementation of International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage,1992 and International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage,2001 and provides guarantee for marine environment protection.However,there are also some problems with the"Measures",such as confusion in compilation style,provisions which are not specific enough,and inconsistency with the provisions of relevant conventions.This paper analyze the existing problems of the"Measures"and proposes relevant suggestions on the modification.关键词
