Analysis on the Differences in the Reporting System between the Entering and Exit of Ships
摘要
Abstract
Through a comparative analysis between the requirements on ship reporting for port entry and exit in different levels of laws and regulations and the practice,the paper identifies the difference in provisions.Further analysis is focused on the contradictions between different provisions,and potential legal issues are pointed out.In view of the current practice involving ship reporting for port entry and exit,the paper puts forward recommendations on the revision of laws and regulations as well as practical operation,aiming at improving and unifying the current provisions on the ship reporting in relevant laws and regulations so as to achieve smoother implementation of ship reporting for port entry and exit and more efficient supervision.关键词
