摘要
Abstract
Based on the statistics of collision accidents between merchant vessels and fishing vessels in recent years along the coast of Hebei Province,this article probes into the source factors of such accidents and proposes countermeasures to avoid collisions from the aspects of strengthening self-management,industry management,practitioner quality,and the application of modern methods,in order to achieve the goal of reducing accidents.关键词
