槽道式流量计节流件结构优化的数值模拟研究
A numerical simulation study on the structure optimization of the throttling element of channel flowmeters

Abstract
Aims:This paper aims to optimize the structure of the throttling element of channel flowmeters and improve the measurement performance.Methods:By using the discharge coefficient,the linearity of the discharge coefficient and the relative pressure loss as the evaluation indicators for the structure optimization of the throttling element,the effects of the front and the rear circular arc curvature,the length of the equivalent diameter segment as well as the equivalent diameter ratio on the three examined indicators were researched with the method of numerical simulation.Results:According to the simulation results and analysis,the parameters for the structure optimization of the throttling element were determined to be 0.7 for the front circular arc curvature,0.1 for the rear circular arc curvature,d for the length of the equal diameter section,and 0.80 for the equivalent diameter ratio.Conclusions:The study is important for improving the measurement performance and measurement precision.At the same time,it provides reference for the actual production of channel flowmeters.关键词
