摘要

Abstract

In this study,the changes of the gut microbiota in mice were investigated by infection with Trichinella spiralis at the muscle larvae stage.Twelve SPF female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group and infection group.BALB/c mice in the infection group were orally inoculated with 300 T.spiralis muscle larvae and those in control group were given PBS.Mice were sacrificed at 35 day post-infection and their cecal contents were collected for DNA extraction.The composition of gut microbiota was analyzed by sequencing of 16S rRNA and bioinformatics methods.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the alpha diversity of the intestinal microbiota between the control and infected micewhile the beta diversity was changed,indicating that the two groups had different microbiota structures.Metastats analysis showed that the abundance of Roseburia that produced butyrate and Clostridium that related with anti-inflammatory and tissue repair was significantly(P<0.05)increased in intestines of mice infected with T.spiralis,compared with control group.However,the abundance of Bacteroides(P<0.01),Lactobacillus and Ralstonia(P<0.05)were significantly decreased.Moreover,LEfSe analysis showed that the abundance of Roseburia was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the composition of gut microbiota in mice infected with T.spiralis during muscle larva stage was significantly different from that of normal mice.
