摘要

Abstract

In order to study the prevalence and drug resistance of Bacillus cereus from yaks,this experiment was carried out for bacterial morphology observation,16S rDNA PCR and sequence comparison,animal regression test and drug susceptibility analysis.The results showed that 135 bacterial strains of were isolated from 56 yak milk samples.Then these isolated strains were tested using 16S rDNA PCR and sequenced.As a result,42 strains were identified as B.cereus with the detection rate of 75%(42/56),Accounting for 31.11%(42/135)of the total isolated bacteria.In addition,the 16S rDNA homology between the isolated strain B2019 with B.cereus in GenBank was 88.6%-99.3%.The 16S rDNA sequence of the isolated strain B2019 and 6 reference strains were compared with Mega7.0 for phylogenetic analysis.In the animal regression test,the inoculated mice had diarrhea.The autopsy of the infected mice found enlarged livers and bleeding lungs on the edges.Drug susceptibility testing showed that the isolated strains were highly susceptible to 13 antibiotics including mideacin,clindamycin,erythromycin,gentamicin,kanamycin,amikacin,neomycin,vancomycin,ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,furazolidone and minocycline,medium susceptible to polymyxin B and resistant to the other 16 antibiotics.The test results showed that the isolated strain belonged to strongly pathogenic B.cereus.
