纳米抗体在动物疫病防控中的应用
Applications of Nanobodies in Prevention and Control of Animal Epidemic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Nanobodies(Nbs)are novel kind of gene-engineered antibodies.Because of the small size,high stability,high affinity,hidden epitopes recognition ability,strong tissue penetration,easy to preparation,low cost,convenient for modification,Nb are ideal candidate molecules for disease diagnosis,treatment and research.Recently,Nb has attracted the attention of scholars from all over the world.And a large number of Nb related studies have been reported in the fields of cancer,neurological diseases of the brain,toxin diseases,AIDS and other infectious diseases,and protein function and crystal structure analysis.In this review,the research and application of Nbs in animal disease prevention and control were summarized.And Nb's potential and prospect in animal disease diagnosis,treatment and research were also discussed.关键词
