陕西西安阎良区及毗邻区域奶山羊传染性胸膜肺炎横断面调查和风险因素分析
Cross-sectional Survey and Risk Factor Analysis of Contagious Caprine Pleuropneumonia in Dairy Goats in Yanliang District and Its Adjacent Region in Xi'an City,Shaanxi

Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia in dairy goats and analyze the risk factors influencing its transmission in Yanliang District of Xi'an,Shaanxi,and adjacent regions,this survey employed a two-stage probability sampling method to collect serum samples from Yanliang District,as well as adjacent Lintong and Gaoling districts,where the disease vaccine was not administered.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used for the detection of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia antibodies.The results showed that the herd apparent prevalence(HAP)in the region was 25.32％,the herd true prevalence(HTP)was 23.41％(14.07％～32.74％),and the apparent prevalence(AP)was 10.46％(8.81％～12.31％).Risk factor analysis indicated that"medium to large-scale farms"and"infected goats not isolated or treated"were the main risk factors for the spread of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia in goats.The findings indicate a certain level of prevalence of contagious pleuropneumonia in the region,and farms should promptly isolate,treat,or cull infected goats.Farms with the necessary conditions should implement testing and purification for contagious pleuropneumonia.As the scale of farming increases,it is essential to enhance the level of biosecurity management and reduce opportunities of potential risk factors spreading.关键词
