习近平文化思想视野下职业教育对接非遗人才培养的困境与对策
Study on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Vocational Education Promoting the Cultivation of Intangible Cultural Heritage Talents from the Perspective of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thoughts

Abstract
Xi Jinping's cultural thought emphasizes that outstanding Chinese culture is the spiritual lifeline of the Chinese nation and a valuable resource for the development of the economy,society and governance in the new era.Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of China's outstanding traditional culture.The utilization of the advantages of modern vocational education to promote the innovative cultivation of talents in intangible cultural heritage is a new challenge facing the development of vocational education in China.The"Eight Yenching Artistries"is an intangible cultural heritage with typical characteristics of royal court craftsmanship in China,currently facing the dilemma of a lack of successors.Adopting a dominant research paradigm and qualitative research methods,this study analyzes from the perspective of multiple cognitive subjects.The findings reveal existing problems in the cultivation of talents for intangible cultural heritage in vocational colleges,including low positioning,small scale,lack of teachers,courses,and teaching resources,enrollment difficulties,and talent loss after graduation.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including elevating the standard of talent cultivation,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the post-development capabilities of talents,focusing on the needs of intangible cultural heritage enterprises,ensuring the quality of talent cultivation,effectively utilizing talents,improving employment benefits,enhancing the attractiveness of the profession,strengthening teaching management,improving teaching quality,optimizing the teaching staff,and enhancing the development of teaching materials and curriculum resources.关键词
