Integration of Vocational Skills Competitions with Professional Teaching:Intrinsic Logic,Key Issues and Breakthrough Paths

Abstract
Vocational skills competitions provide an effective path for promoting collaboration between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in setting training goals of majors,constructing curriculum systems,reforming teaching methods,building teaching staff,and constructing practical training bases.In terms of goal orientation,content selection and training mode,there exists an intrinsic logic of common genes,common carriers and common paths in the mutual integration of vocational skills competitions and professional teaching.In specific practice,the integration of vocational skills competitions with professional teaching encounters issues such as outdated teaching content,procedural teaching methods,relatively inadequate teaching resources,difficulty for most students to benefit,lower practical teaching level of guiding teachers,and the lack of a coordinated management mechanism.The practical paths of integrating vocational skills competitions with professional teaching include:establishing a tripartite mechanism for government-enterprise-school cooperation;integrating skills competitions with talent training modes;and integrating skills competitions with teaching processes.关键词
