进退两难:中职学生成就动机的新特征及潜在剖面
The Dilemma between Forward or Backward:New Characteristics and Latent Profile Analysis of Achievement Motivation among Secondary Vocational Students

Abstract
Achievement motivation(AM)has always been the core concern of vocational students'career planning and mental health education.The previous investigation shows that the AM of secondary vocational students is relatively low and has obvious uniqueness.In order to further investigate the characteristics of the AM of secondary vocational students and try to explain its uniqueness from the perspective of"intergroup category",a total of 979 students from 6 secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province were investigated.LPA was used to investigate the"category"of AM.The results show that:The AM of secondary vocational students is indeed low,and the motivation of avoiding failure is higher than that of pursuing success;There is a significant positive correlation between the pursuit of success and the motivation to avoid failure;Three types of AM groups can be divided:C1 low pursuit of success-low avoidance of failure(10%),C2 medium pursuit of success-medium avoidance of failure(50%)and C3 medium pursuit of success-high avoidance of failure(40%).Overall,the AM of secondary vocational students shows the new characteristics of"dilemma"between forward and backward.关键词
