制造类专业高职学生专业认同感形成机理研究
Formation Mechanism of Professional Identity in Higher Vocational College Students Majoring in Manufacturing:An Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract
Students majoring in manufacturing play a crucial role in supporting the development of China's real economy.The degree of their professional identity is directly related to their future career development and the quality of talent cultivation.The study adopts the research method of grounded theory,conducting in-depth interviews with 25 higher vocational college students majoring in manufacturing.Through three-level coding analysis,a hierarchical structure of four stages,including initial cognition,deep experience,new presentation and subsequent choices,is identified.Factors influencing the formation of professional identity,such as professional expectations,professional subject consciousness,professional learning behaviors,professional training environment and professional achievements,along with their internal relationships,are revealed.To enhance the quality of talent cultivation for students majoring in manufacturing,efforts should focus on strengthening students'professional enlightenment education in the initial cognition stage,enhancing students'practical skill experiences in the deep experience stage,advocating for students to feel their social contributions in the new presentation stage,and providing support for students'choices in the subsequent choices stage.关键词
