中医药青年拔尖人才发展现状与对策研究
Research on development status of and suggestions for young top-notch talents of traditional Chinese medicine:a case study of Qihuang scholars

Abstract
As young top-notch talents are the major driving force for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the cultivation of such talents plays a significant role in TCM inheritance and innovation.This paper analyzed through their curriculum vitae the development status quo of young Qihuang scholars who succeeded in obtaining the funding for their training program from the three perspectives of basic demographic characteristics,educational background and working experience.We then put forward suggestions,i.e.improving the distribution of scholars,further optimizing the allocation of higher education resources,designing an interdisciplinary training model tolerating and embracing diverse educational backgrounds,and emphasizing coordinated development of basic theory,clinical practice and scientific research.Our study is expected to provide reference and inspiration for the cultivation of young top-notch TCM talents in China.关键词
