中医"治未病"思想是先进、科学而超前的医学思想,主要包含"未病先防""既病防变""瘥后防复"3 个方面,其中蕴含的理念与新时代高校心理育人重视对心理疾病的预防、提升大学生心理健康素养高度契合.中医"治未病"思想指导下的高校心理育人实践,应未病先防,全面提升大学生心理健康素养;应既病防变,加强对心理困扰学生的识别帮扶;应瘥后防复,建立有效的心理危机干预机制.把中医"治未病"思想,应用到高校心理育人实践中具有重要意义,亟待进一步推广和挖掘.

The concept of"prevention first"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is advanced and rational,which mainly involves three aspects,i.e.preventing the onset of disease,preventing case deterioration,and preventing relapse after recovery.This idea is highly consistent with the emphasis on the prevention of psychological diseases and the improvement of mental health literacy among college students in the new era of psychological education.To be specific,under the guidance of the TCM concept"prevention first",such education should prevent diseases by comprehensively improving the mental health literacy of college students;prevent deterioration by better identification and assistance of students with psychological problems;and prevent relapse by establishing an effective psychological crisis intervention mechanism.This application is of great significance and should be further promoted and explored.
