基于情景学习理论的自我领导力课程在中医院实习护生临床培训中的应用研究
Applied research on self-leadership course based on situational learning in clinical training of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of situational learning on cultivating self-leadership of undergraduate nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals.Methods By means of convenience sampling,60 nursing students in undergraduate internship were included as the subjects of the present research at a top TCM hospital in Guangzhou from 2022 to 2023.They were randomly assigned to an experiment arm and a control arm,with 30 interns in each group.The control group took a self-leadership training course based on case analysis in a traditional manner,while the experimental group based on situated learning.The self-leadership scores and course satisfaction were compared of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group scored higher in self-leadership(P<0.05)and course satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-leadership course based on situational learning is more conducive than traditional ways of teaching to the improvement in self-leadership of undergraduate nursing students.关键词
