张虹教授从脑-肝-肾理论辨治PTSD经验
Professor Zhang Hong's Experience in Treating PTSD by Brain-Liver-Kidney Theory
摘要
Abstract
Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),as a common clinical mental disorder,seriously affects patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.Currently,the treatment of this disease mainly starts with psychological intervention and drugs,but these therapies are often difficult to adhere to treatment because of the long treatment period,easily producing dependence,side effects,and other problems.Since the Wenchuan earth-quake,Professor Zhang Hong has been committed to the clinical practice and scientific research of PTSD,and has unique insights into the pathogen-esis,disease evolution,systematic theory and other aspects of PTSD.Relying on clinical and scientific research experiments,she has created a charac-teristic therapy for the treatment of PTSD with brain-liver-kidney theory,which has achieved remarkable curative effects.This treatment is inexpen-sive,little side effect and easy to promote.In the process of clinical study with Professor Zhang Hong,the author systematically summarized her ex-perience in the differentiation and treatment of PTSD,in order to improve the reference for all fellow practitioners.关键词
