葛根精油结合自我推拿法治疗颈型颈椎病临床疗效观察
Essential Oil of Pueraria Lobata Combined with Self-Massage in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of essential oil of pueraria lobata combined with self-massage on cervical spondylosis.Methods:Sixty-six patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33),essential oil of pueraria lobata combined with self-massage and conventional massage were respectively used for intervention.The clinical effect,VAS score and cervical range of motion score were observed before and after treatment.Results:The overall response rate of observation group was 93.9％,and that of con-trol group was 90.9％,the observation group was slightly better than that of control group with no statistical significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and cervical mobility score of both groups were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the VAS score of observa-tion group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),the cervical mobility score was slightly lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Essential oil of pueraria lobata combined with self-massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has a good clinical effect,especially in relieving neck pain,which is safe,reliable,convenient and suitable for popularization.关键词
