The Influencing Factors of Sleep Disorder in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment

Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of highly heterogeneous neurodevelopmental disorders.Clinical observation has found that children with ASD are often complicated with other diseases.Sleep disorder is one of the comorbidities that seriously affect the daily life,growth and development of ASD's core symptoms.Based on the modern bio-psycho-social medical model,the current research on the factors affecting the inci-dence of sleep disorders in children with ASD is not only limited to physiological and pathological factors,but also affected by family and social en-vironment.Both drug and non-drug therapies have been clinically proven to be effective in treating the core symptoms of autism spectrum disorders and sleep problems,but there are many different treatments.Therefore,this paper reviews the influencing factors and treatment status of sleep disor-ders in children with ASD,and analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment ideas of sleep disorders in children with ASD from the theory of tra-ditional Chinese medicine,which can provide a new direction for the formation of standardized treatment programs.关键词
