摘要
Abstract
As a disease with high morbidity and mortality,spinal cord injury not only brings heavy burden to social medical resources but also brings long-term pressure to patients and their families.As a common complication after spinal cord injury,neurogenic bowel dysfunction often troubles pa-tients and their families with symptoms such as constipation and fecal incontinence,which brings great difficulties to the later nursing work of spinal cord injury and seriously hinders the overall rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury.Therefore,this article summarizes the research progress and existing problems of neurogenic bowel dysfunction after spinal cord injury from the two aspects of the pathogenesis of neurogenic bowel dys-function and the current possible treatment methods,and provides new ideas for future related research.关键词
