基于数据挖掘探析针刺治疗风寒湿型冻结肩的辨经选穴规律
The Rules of Effective Meridians and Acupoint Selections in Acupuncture Therapy for Frozen Shoulder of Wind-Cold-Damp Type Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effective meridians and selections rules of acupuncture in treating frozen shoulder of wind-cold-damp type based on data mining.Methods:Choosing the RCT of acupuncture therapy for frozen shoulder of wind-cold-damp type in recent ten years in CNKI,Wan fang,VIP,Pub-Med,Science Direct,JAMA Network,Web of Science,which was retrieved and integrated through the software of Note-Express.A database was established for the literature of the effective channels and accurate selections matching the inclusion criteria,the complex network model was established by another software,then carried out in turn cluster analysis,association analysis,and make a summary rule finally.Results:Totally 38 articles were included,and 57 prescriptions for acupuncture treatment of frozen shoulder of wind-cold-damp type were extracted,involving 10 effective meridians and 33 acupoints.The complex network analysis shows that the degrees of Jianyu(LI 15),Jianzhen(SI 9)and Jian-liao(TE 14),which belong to the hand's Yangming large intestine meridian,Taiyang small intestine meridian and Shaoyang triple energizer meridian respectively,rank in the top three;three high-frequency acupoint clusters and three meridian clusters were obtained by cluster analysis;according to the correlation analysis,the significant core prescriptions for acupuncture therapy of frozen shoulder of wind-cold-damp type involve Jianyu(LI 15),Jianzhen(SI 9),Jianliao(TE 14),Fengchi(GB 20)and Yanglingquan(GB 34).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy of frozen shoulder of wind-cold-damp type is mainly focused on the shoulder joint,supplemented by distal acuponits matching,and the first choice with three yang meridians of the hand have sources and evidences to follow and verify.关键词
