摘要
Abstract
Contemporary graduate research holds a significant position in higher education,serving as a catalyst for academic advancement and societal progress.However,it faces several challenges,including insufficient research motivation and inadequate research capabilities.This paper aims to analyze the current situationof graduate research,particularly focusing on incentive mechanisms.Research reveals both positive trends and existing problemsin graduate research.On the positive side,there is an increase in research output and enhanced international collaboration.However,challenges remain,such as the need to enhance research skills and refine incentive mechanisms.To address these concerns,this paper proposes incentive strategies and recommendations.These include enhancing mentorship quality,providing greater research opportunities and resources,and fostering academic exchanges and collaborations.By implementing these measures,the quality and efficacy of graduate research can be enhanced,driving scientific innovation and fostering academic advancement..关键词
