Abstract
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China requires that the outstanding talents in all aspects should be gathered in the CPC and the Chinese people's cause.Young scholars returned from abroad are an important part of the outstanding talents.This research conducted questionnaire surveys and analysis on the information contact channels of returned young scholars studying abroad and seeking employment,the reasons for employment in domestic universities and the influencing factors.Combined with the interview with some young scholars,this research summarized the access to talent introduction information of returned young scholars,the influencing factors for employment in domestic universities.The study proposed that domestic universities should improve the pertinence of talent introduction and further expand the publicity,create a good image and enhance the reputation of the academic community,implement the treatment and solve the worries about daily life afterwards and create an international academic atmosphere for concentrated scientific research.关键词
