职业岗位视角下高职模块化课程体系的重构研究

Abstract
By constructing a scientific and reasonable high-level professional talent training mode and curriculum system,com-prehensively improve the quality of technical and skilled personnel training and vocational education supporting capacity for regional economic and social development.The reconstruction of modular curriculum system will strengthen the basic role of ability standard in the quality of personnel training.Based on the perspective of provinces,combined with talent demand survey,docking vocational ability standards,clearly defining the positioning of professional talent training,and accordingly formulating teaching standards,core curriculum standards,training conditions construction standards and internship standards.According to the job tasks and vocational a-bility of enterprises,jointly formulate the curriculum system of big data and accounting professional group,teaching content and voca-tional post ability,vocational skill level certificate docking,fully mobilize the industry,enterprises,vocational college experts and other forces,jointly develop and compile integrated curriculum materials,timely introduce new technology,new process and new norms into teaching content,which has a promoting effect on practical teaching.关键词
