党史学习教育背景下高校教学秘书队伍建设探析

Abstract
At present,the Party history learning and education activities in various universities have shown the trend of normalization and institutionalization.This paper takes the construction of the teaching secretary team as the starting point,takes the Party history learning and education as the background,puts forward four aspects of the problems faced by the construction of the teaching secretary team.The study explores the implementation path of the construction of the teaching secretary team,uses the literature method and questionnaire survey method in the exploration process.This paper finally comes up with four solutions,including increasing training opportunities,improving the Party spirit of the teaching secretary team,enhancing the consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly,making the heart selfless and the world wide,enhancing the consciousness of tenacious struggle and unremitting struggle,exploring new teaching management paths,and giving play to the role of example and model pioneer.This stimulates the teaching secretary team's sense of mission and responsibility.The purpose is to make the teaching secretary team maintain a high degree of consistency in thought and action,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the teaching secretary team.关键词
