行政管理学课程思政教学方法的实践与探索

Abstract
This paper takes the practice and exploration of the ideological and political value of the Course of Administration Management as a case to analyze and discuss the realization of the value of the course.Our country is a socialist country,the cause we do is the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The nature and mission of this country determine the special nature of China's administrative content.We should carry out the ideological and political education of the course of Administration Management under the theme,banner and context of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The science of administration is the study of administration.Its task is to find out what administration is all about.We must take root in China and carry out ideological and political work.The basic connotation of political thought in the course of Administration Management is as follows:we should be good at using the political value orientation and value evaluation standard of socialism with Chinese characteristics to understand and grasp various concrete administrative things and phenomena,thus makes the correct value appraisal and the treatment to the administration related content.The process and result of the practice and exploration of the ideological and political value of the course of Administration Management is an attempt and exploration of the universal realization of the ideological and political value of the course.关键词
