摘要

Abstract

China's proven brine-type of lithium and potassium resources are mainly distributed in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau,Lop Nur Salt Lake,Jianghan basin and western Sichuan,etc.These resources are costly and difficult to develop,and it is difficult to meet the needs of industrial development in the near future.At present,a great breakthrough has been made in the exploration in the late Cretaceous strata of the Jitai basin,Jiangxi with the content of potassium chloride exceeding 1g/L and lithium chloride reaching twice the industrial grade.In this paper,the Mesozoic igneous rocks around the Jitai basin are studied in aspect of mineralogy,petrology,geochemistry and the fluid inclusions to discuss the relationship between the igneous rocks and the origin of potassium-rich lithium brine.The study shows that the Mg/Li ratio of the brine deposits in the Jitai basin is low,which indicates that the origin of the brine is related to volcanic activities.The granite around the basin is characterized by strongly-peraluminum and peralkaline,which leads to the enrichment of lithium in the rocks and the water-rock reaction take place,which provides lithium to the brine.Basalt is slightly enriched in potassium,which is conducive to the enrichment of potassium in brine.
