Abstract
Fanshan phosphate mine in Hebei province is a national key large-scale phosphate mine designed by Chemical Industry Mine Planning and Design Institute of Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1983.It was built and put into operation in 1996.Since 2008,the equipment has been continuously renewed and the production process has been optimized,in the dewatering section of phosphate concentrate,the vacuum filter was replaced by the ceramic filter,the drying equipment system of the hot blast stove is cancelled,and the backwash operation system of the ceramic filter and the new operation technology of the ceramic filter plate cleaning were further optimized,the operation efficiency of the ceramic filter is obviously improved,and the operation cost of the dewatering production of phosphate concentrate is greatly reduced.About 6.39 million yuan could be saved in the annual production cost of dewatering section,and 7500 tons of unqualified phosphate concentrate could be reduced every year,resulting in growing of economic benefit of about 3.75 million yuan.Canceling coal-burning for drying greatly reduced carbon emissions and dust emissions,resulting in good environmental and social benefits.关键词
