Abstract
The titanate in nano lumomescent materialss doped one-dimensional rare earth ion have attracted extensive research interest due to their excellent properties.Titanates have excellent properties.Previously,researchers mostly used yttrium titanate as the matrix material and doped rare earth ions proportionally,with little quantitative analysis of the components in nanomaterials.In this paper,the pure phase of yttrium titanate(Y2Ti2O7)was made by the sol-gel method,and the pure phase of lutetium titanate was successfully synthesized.Different proportions of Yb3+,Sm3+,Tm3+,Ce3+and Tb3+ were doped into titanate,and doped composite nanofibers were synthesized by electrospinning technology.The composition of nanofibers was detected by ICP,and the specific content of rare earth ions was obtained.The luminescent properties of materials with different proportions were compared and tested,which added theoretical data and broadened the way of thinking for the influence of rare earth titanate doping proportion and matrix selection on material properties.关键词
