摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of flexible joints on the afterward pivot submerged nozzle sub-jected to the loading of gas pressure and deflection,a symmetrical geometric model of the combination of rigid body and deformation body is established.By means of the finite element method,the stress and spring ratio torque distribution of flexible joint are obtained,under gas pressure,deflection load and combined load,respectively.It is found that the spring ratio torque decreases with the increase of gas pressure.The spring ratio torque increases with the increase of deflection angle.The numerical method can be used to determine the mechanical properties of flexible joints,and provides guidance for the safety evaluation of flexible joint.
