不同施肥处理对春播鲜食糯玉米产量、品质和氮素吸收利用的影响
Effects of different fertilization treatments on yield,quality,and nitrogen absorption and utilization of spring-sown fresh waxy maize

Abstract
In this study,a fresh waxy maize hybrid,"Suyunuo 11",was used as material,and six fertilization treat-ments[zero fertilization(T0),conventional fertilization(T1),slow-release fertilizer(T2),organic fertilizer(T3),slow-release fertilizer replaced by 50%organic fertilizer N(T4),and conventional fertilizer replaced by 50%organic fertilizer N(T5)]were set up under the same level of NPK fertilization except T0.The effects of fertilization treatment on yield,dry matter and nitrogen accumulation,grain component content,and grain flour quality characteristics were studied.Compared with T1,the fresh ear yield of T4 and T5 treatments increased by 6.8%and 3.9%,and the fresh grain yield increased by 8.5%and 5.3%,and plant dry matter accumulation and nitrogen accumulations were increased significantly.The nitrogen partial factor productivity,agronomic efficiency,and apparent use efficiency under T4 were the highest a-mong all six treatments.Fertilization significantly increased the content of maize grain components,among which T4 and T5 treatments obtained the highest soluble sugar and starch contents.In comparison to T0,fertilization increased the peak,trough,and final viscosities,but reduced the retrogradation enthalpy and percentage,and the influence was the greatest under T4.In summary,combined application of organic fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer at the sowing time is more beneficial to the accumulation of biomass and nutrients,the synthesis of carbohydrates in grains,and the improve-ment of grain quality.关键词
