1株猪源阴沟肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性研究
Isolation,identification and drug resistance analysis of one Enterobacter cloacae strain isolated from swine
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the biological characteristics and drug sensitivity of Enterobacter cloacae from swine,a suspected Enterobacter cloacae strain was isolated from the diseased pigs.By Gram-stained microscopy,MALDI-TOF,16S rRNA sequence analysis,the isolated strain was identified as Enterobacter cloacae.The results of mouse infection experiment showed that the lethal median dose(LD50)of the isolated strain was 1.4×108 CFU.Drug susceptibility test showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to amikacin,spectinomycin,norfloxacin,enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,genta-micin and polymyxin B,and resistant to ceftazidime,ceftriaxone,ampicillin,penicillin,florfenicol,tetracycline,sulfona-mide,selectrin,meropenem,tigecycline and linezolid.In conclusion,one Enterobacter cloacae strain isolated from swine with strong drug resistance.关键词
