江苏市售禽肉中弯曲杆菌的检测及耐药性分析
Detection and drug resistance analysis of Campylobacter from commercial poultry meat in Jiangsu province

Abstract
To investigate the contamination and antimicrobial resistance of Campylobacter in commercial poultry meat in Jiangsu province.From October to December 2020,252 fresh chicken,duck and pigeon meat samples collected from wet markets and supermarkets in ten urban areas of Jiangsu Province were isolated and identified for Campylobacter.An-timicrobial susceptibility of the isolates to eight classes including 10 antimicrobial drugs was determined by disk diffusion test method.PCR and sequencing were used to detect the presence of some important resistance genes in all strains.A to-tal of 100 Campylobacter isolates were isolated and identified,including 34(13.5%)strains of C.jejuni and 66(26.2%)strains of C.coli.The detection rates of Campylobacter from chicken,duck and pigeon meat samples were 41.4%,29.6%and 38.2%respectively.The resistance rates to tetracycline,erythromycin,azithromycin,tobramycin,ampicil-lin,and gentamicin were 60.0%,54.0%,54.0%,52.0%,50.0%and 41.0%respectively.The resistance rates to flor-fenicol and fosfomycin were 13.0%and 2.0%respectively.The multi-drug resistance rate of C.coli(84.8%)was signif-icantly higher than that of C.jejuni(26.5%).All the isolates displayed 31 kinds of resistance profiles to 10 antibacterial agents.The dominant spectrum types of C.jejuni and C.coli were AMP-CN-TOB-CIP-TE and TOB-E-AZM-SXT-TE.PCR results indicated that 26 strains(26.0%)were positive for aadE-sat4-aphA-3 and 20 strains(20.0%)were positive for RE-cmeABC.These two resistance genes showed high coincidence rate with multidrug-resistant phenotype of strains(90.9%and 83.3%,respectively).The results showed that multidrug-resistant Campylobacter carrying drug resistance genes contamina-tion occurred in commercial poultry meats,which poses a potential threat to food safety and needs further surveillance.关键词
