碱性激发剂在制备全固废低碳水泥的试验研究
Experimental Study on Preparation of Whole Solid Waste Low Carbon Cement with Alkaline Activator
摘要
Abstract
The 32.5 grade solid waste low-carbon cement was made from industrial solid waste such as slag,steel slag,fly ash and desulphurization gypsum and alkaline activator after mixed grinding,reduce CO2 emissions from conventional Portland cement production to achieve low-carbon,Green and sustainable development of the cement industry.In the experiment,four kinds of basic activators including cement clinker,Na2CO3,slaked lime and NaOH were used to influence the physical and mechanical properties of the whole solid waste low carbon cement.The results show that the strength of low-carbon cement is enhanced by weak alkali Na2CO3,and the 28 d strength of low-carbon cement is enhanced obviously by other three kinds of alkali activator,but the 3 d strength of low-carbon cement is enhanced by NaOH>Cement clinker>Slaked lime.The 32.5 grade solid waste low-carbon cement can be prepared by choosing appropriate amount of the above three kinds of activator.关键词
