Abstract
In order to improve the chloride ion penetration resistance of shield tunnel segment concrete in rail transit engineering,this paper studied the effect of different dosages of cement permeable crystalline waterproofing agents on the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete.The differences in improving the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete by adding cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing agents internally,applying cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing coatings externally,and impregnating anti-corrosion and rust inhibitors were compared.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproofing agent to concrete can significantly improve its resistance to chloride ion penetration.This performance improves with the increase of cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproofing agent dosage.When the dosage increases to 2.0%,the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete begins to decline,and the best effect of improving the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete is achieved with a 1.5%dosage.Comparing the effects of improving the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete,impregnation with anti-corrosion and rust inhibitor is the best,followed by external application of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating,and internal addition of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof agent.Although there is an improvement,the effect is not as good as the first two.关键词
