Abstract
Contracts are important tools in commercial transactions,and the utility evaluation is of great significance in ensuring contract performance and maintaining the stability of transaction relationships.By summarizing the theoretical basis and existing research results of contract utility evaluation,a comprehensive contract utility evaluation index system was constructed.The definitions and calculation methods of each index were introduced in details.By using the AHP to calculate the weights of three hierarchical indicator systems,this paper could provide guidance for subsequent contract utility evaluation.关键词
