Abstract
Focusing on the impact of PPP projects on settlement management during the estimation,budgeting,settlement,and settlement review stages,as well as how to properly handle design changes in construction process management,avoid unnecessary over estimation and adjustment,and solve problems such as delayed settlement due to over estimation and adjustment time.This article analyzes the requirements of settlement management and PPP project mode in engineering cost management,and discusses how to do well in settlement management from the perspective of contractors,so that PPP project construction management can achieve better benefits.关键词
