晚期皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者的系统性治疗研究进展
Advances in systematic treatment of advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC)is one of the most common skin malignancies clinically,accounting for 20%of all skin cancer deaths.Surgery is the gold standard in the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin,but some patients with advanced tumors cannot be effectively treated by surgery.Such patients are more suitable for systemic treatment such as chemotherapy,immunotherapy and targeted therapy to improve prognosis.This article summarizes the current progress of systematic treatment of advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,in order to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.关键词
