知识产权保护对区域创新的影响机制研究
Research on the Influence Mechanism of Intellectual Property Protection on Regional Innovation
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on regional innovation ability from both theoretical and empirical dimensions,and tests the mechanism of promoting regional innovation through market expansion effect,human capital and R&D investment.And government intervention,price effect in the process of negative adjustment.The results show that:(1)the improvement of intellectual property protection level will promote the improvement of regional innovation ability;(2)Through the intermediary effect test,it is found that market expansion effect,human capital and R&D investment are the important paths for intellectual property protection to promote regional innovation;(3)Through the moderating effect test,it is found that both government intervention and price effect have negative moderating effects on the process of intellectual property protection affecting regional innovation.Innovation is an important driving force of economic development,and intellectual property protection is a key measure to safeguard and encourage innovation.Improving the level of intellectual property protection will help create a more fair and orderly market competition environment and promote higher quality development of Chinese economy.关键词
