基于Citespace的粉葛研究进展可视化分析
Citespace-based Visual Analysis of Pueraria lobata(Willd)Ohwi var.thomsoni(Benth).van der Maesen Research Progress

Abstract
Based on the bibliometric method,we used Citespace software to create a knowledge map of 377 ar-ticles collected from 1993 to 2022 with"Pueraria lobata(Willd)Ohwi var.thomsoni(Benth).van der Maes-en"and"kudzu vine"as the theme words.The annual number of publications,authors,institutions,and journals were analyzed,and visualized by keyword clustering,time mapping,and emergent word analysis.The results showed that the annual publication volume of powder kudzu-related literature showed a general up-ward trend and a rapid growth since 2020.The main institutions engaged in powder kudzu research include Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Guangxi Uni-versity,etc.The cooperative units and cooperative teams show obvious"geographic"and"academic"charac-teristics.At present,40%of the literature related to powder kudzu is published in core journals,among which more literature related to powder kudzu is included in journals of Chinese medicine and food processing.The research content has moved from theory to practice,and the research hotspots have shifted from powder kudzu cultivation technology to powder kudzu pharmacology and industrial economic research,and pointed out certain problems and development suggestions of powder kudzu research;starch,yield,polysaccharides,etc.have become the keywords of prominence;the keyword time zone map results show that keywords such as geranin,total flavonoids,HPLC,etc.have been used throughout the research stage of powder kudzu,and become the cornerstone of the research in this field.关键词
