中国粮食安全研究的热点和趋势
Hot Spots and Trends of Food Security Research in China:Edge Graph Analysis Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
CiteSpace was used to analyze 1 728 papers in the field of food security from 2013 to 2023 to de-scribe and analyze the characteristics,hot spots,trends and frontiers of the field of food security in China.The findings are as follows:From the overall trend,the number of food security literature publications in China shows an increasing trend,and the research forces in the research field are mainly concentrated in scientific research institutions and universities in Beijing and Nanjing;The research focuses on four aspects:constraints and protection of food security,resources and environment,food supply and industry chain construction,food security policy objectives and strategic development,food security and national security;The future research in the field of food security will focus on three aspects:utilization and protection of cultivated land resources,e-volution and optimization of spatial pattern,goal coordination and perspective extension.关键词
