组学技术在蔷薇属植物研究进展
Recent Progress of Omics Techniques in Rosa L.
摘要
Abstract
Rosa L.is one of the most important ornamental plants in the world.It has various species,different colors,important economic value,green value and medicinal value,and plays a significant role in people's life.Ongoing development in sequen-cing technology and various omics technologies had promoted the omics development that was based on genomics research,cover-ing transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,multiomics etc.in Rosa L.,bringing new opportunities for the study of species origin,genetic diversity,gene mining,molecular mechanism analysis,gene interactions and protein interactions etc.In this pa-per,we reviewed the latest advances in genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,epigenomics,comparative genom-ics and other aspects of rose,in order to providing guidance for molecular-assisted breeding and molecular editing.关键词
