社会治理数字化转型的逻辑、困境及路径
Logic,Dilemma and Path of the Digital Transformation of Social Governance
摘要
Abstract
The new generation of digital technology has been deeply embedded in social development,and its own instrumental rationality is highly compatible with the value rationality of governance modernization,and the digitalization of social governance has be-come the general trend.The participation of the Communist Youth League in the digital transformation of social governance can effec-tively respond to the requirements of governance modernization,break the current dilemma of fragmented governance,deeply integrate into the governance scenario where digital technology is widely used,and realize the multi-dimensional transformation of digital govern-ance.In order to break through the transformation obstacles such as bureaucratic inertia,path dependence within the system and data sharing barriers of the Communist Youth League,it can be tried to enhance the interaction effect between governance subjects and digit-al governance,accelerate the cross-border integration of the Communist Youth League and digital technology,and promote the sharing and co-governance of the Communist Youth League and other governance subjects,so as to improve the digital level of the Communist Youth League's participation in social governance.关键词
