习近平法治思想对中国式法治现代化的创新性贡献
Xi Jinping's Innovative Contribution to China's Rule of Law Modernization
摘要
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively build a mod-ern socialist country on the track of the rule of law,which strengthened the normative function and social role of the rule of law as the fundamental way to govern the country.Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law locates the value goal of the rule of law in"a better life for the people",and scientifically refines the development path and implementation methods of China's rule of law in specific practice,proposing that we must strengthen the party's leadership,focus on the"people"center,and innovatively present the scientific connota-tion,development motivations and specific paths of Chinese-style rule of law modernization.Therefore,Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law not only innovates the theory of Chinese-style rule of law modernization,but also provides fundamental guidance for its practical advancement.关键词
