Research on the Influence of Supplier Relationship on Investment Efficiency of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Based on the data of A-share manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2021,this paper ana-lyzes the impact of supplier relationship on enterprise investment efficiency and its mechanism from the two dimensions of dynamic sup-plier fluctuation and static supplier concentration.It is found that supplier fluctuation and supplier concentration will have a negative impact on the investment efficiency of enterprises,and this negative impact is manifested in aggravating the over-investment and under-investment of enterprises.With the continuous improvement of corporate financing constraints,the negative effects of supplier fluctua-tions and supplier concentration on enterprise investment efficiency are more obvious.The research conclusions provide theoretical and practical references for enterprises to carry out supplier relationship management and enterprise investment decision-making.关键词
