Research on Leadership Improvement Path of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organization in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
In the new era,discipline inspection and supervision organizations are endowed with new missions and requirements.Base on the fundamental issue of moral education in colleges and universities,how to constantly promote the self-construction of discipline inspection and supervision organizations in colleges and universities and improve the ability of supervision and enforcement to achieve high-quality development is the current research focus and main task of discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities.On such basis,this paper introduces the concept of leadership into the discipline inspection and supervision work of colleges and universities,accurately understands and grasps the profound connotation of the leadership of the discipline inspection and supervision organizations of colleges and universities,analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the leadership improvement of the discipline inspection and supervision organizations of colleges and universities in the new era,and then puts forward some feasible approaches of leadership improvement,which has important practical significance for the scientific understanding and effective improvement of leadership of the discipline inspection and supervision organizations of colleges and universities.关键词
